Kid Circus

Kids Circus - Monday

Our ‘Kids Circus’ class is for children from 6 to 15 years old. The class is designed for beginner-intermediate
students and includes a warm-up, basic acrobatics and contortion, and training on the aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze. ‘Kids Circus’ students have the chance to show off what they learn in the end-of-year show each May!

Homeschool Kids Circus - Tuesday

This is our ‘Kids Circus’ class designated for homeschool students. Our ‘Kids Circus’ class is for children from 6 to 15 years old. The class is designed for beginner/intermediate students and includes a warm-up, basic acrobatics and contortion, and training on the aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze. ‘Kids Circus’ students have the chance to show off what they learn in the end-of-year show each May!

The class consists of a warm-up, conditioning, and multi-disciplinary training on and off the aerial apparatuses. Team students will have the chance to perform in our end-of-year show each May! *Joining ‘Team Circus’ classes requires a coach referral/ approval to enroll.*

Adult Intermediate/Advanced Aerial Silks - Monday

This class focuses on advanced and intermediate aerial silks. Students must be able to do 5 climbs to the top in a row, footlocks, hipkeys, and inversion climbs. Warmups include heavy conditioning. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Intermediate/Beginner Silks - Tuesday
Tue 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$30/Class

This class focuses on advanced and intermediate aerial silks. Students must be able to do 5 climbs to the top in a row, footlocks, hipkeys, and inversion climbs. Warmups include heavy conditioning. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Trapeze - Tuesday

A class designated for all levels of trapeze. Students from beginner to advanced are welcome. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Internediate/Advanced Silks - Wednesday
Wed 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$30/Class

Adult Intermediate/Advanced Lyra - Wednesday
Wed 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
$30/Class

A class designated for intermediate-advanced lyra. You should have at least two years of experience, or get approval from the instructor to attend. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Intermediate/Beginner Silks - Thursday
Thu 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$30/Class

This class focuses on intermediate and beginner aerial silks. The class tends to focus on intermediate skills, but beginners are welcome. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Straps - Conditioning - Saturday
Sat 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
$30/Class

This class focuses on intermediate and beginner straps. The class tends to focus on intermediate skills, but beginners are welcome. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Beginner/Intermediate Aerial Silks - Saturday
Sat 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm
$30/Class

This class focuses on dance aerial silk basics to gain strength, flexibility, core balance, and body awareness. Individualized instruction based on incoming fitness level. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Beginner/Intermediate Lyra - Saturday
Sat 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
$30/Class

An aerial hoop class suited for new students and beginners. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Open Gym - Sunday
Sun 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
$20/Class

Open Gym for 18+ students to practice their circus techniques. While this time is supervised, we ask that students stick to practicing what they know and save new tricks for class.
