Kids Circus - Monday

Our ‘Kids Circus’ class is for children from 6 to 15 years old. The class is designed for beginner-intermediate
students and includes a warm-up, basic acrobatics and contortion, and training on the aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze. ‘Kids Circus’ students have the chance to show off what they learn in the end-of-year show each May!

Homeschool Kids Circus

Adult Advanced Silks - Monday
Mon 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$30/Class

This class focuses on advanced and intermediate aerial silks. Students must be able to do 5 climbs to the top in a row, footlocks, hipkeys, and inversion climbs. Warmups include heavy conditioning. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Advanced Silks - Wednesday

Adult Intermediate/Beginner Silks - Tuesday

This class focuses on intermediate and beginner aerial silks. The class tends to focus on intermediate skills, but beginners are welcome. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Intermediate/Beginner Silks - Thursday

Adult Intermediate/Advanced Lyra
Mon 8:10 pm - 9:10 pm
$30/Class

A class designated for intermediate-advanced lyra. You should have at least two years of experience, or get approval from the instructor to attend. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Stretch
Wed 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
$110/Month

A class designated for all levels of stretching. The class is designed for relaxation and increasing flexibility safely. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Trapeze
Tue 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
$110/Month

A class designated for all levels of trapeze. Students from beginner to advanced are welcome. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Beginner Trapeze
Sat 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm
$30/Class

This class focuses on dance trapeze basics to gain strength, flexibility, core balance, and body awareness. Individualized instruction based on incoming fitness level. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*

Adult Open Gym
Sun 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
$20/Class

Open Gym for 18+ students to practice their circus techniques. While this time is supervised, we ask that students stick to practicing what they know and save new tricks for class.

Adult Beginner Lyra
Sat 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
$30/Class

An aerial hoop class suited for new students and beginners. *Class is 18+ or with coach approval*
